Is each company demo isolated?
Yes. Each workspace uses a separate Virbula Oncall process, database, database role, configuration, and public hostname.
What happens after 30 days?
All demo data and components are automatically removed and cleaned up. No backup is retained, so the demo cannot be restored. The public hostname is released for reuse. If you need an evaluation longer than 30 days or want to promote the demo to a production-ready instance, please contact our sales team.
Does OpsGenie migration change our OpsGenie account?
No. The migration uses read-only OpsGenie API access to analyze your existing configuration. It makes no changes to your OpsGenie account and never creates, updates, or deletes OpsGenie data. Before migration, it provides a clear inventory of what will be migrated and identifies potential issues so you know exactly what to expect.
